申请功略：
１、首先你要查一下你想注册的域名是否可以注册（可以在网上ＷＨＯＩＳ出来）；
２、把你的域名加入ＤＮＳ服务器中

这里的东东只除了有“NIC Handle, only if you already have one”字样的项不用填写外，其它的都要填写！
